The Magnus Group can offer their customers any technical advice that may be needed before ordering tailored grating. This will ensure that the correct fabricated grating job is manufactured and that all panels fit on site.
We pride ourselves in quality and have strict quality control procedures that we follow.
All tailored grating work is hard-stamped with a relevant drawing number on each panel in order to do layouts as quickly and efficiently as possible when on site.
Once we have completed certain stages of the tailored grating process, a layout is carried out to make sure all sizes are correct as per the drawings.
Thereafter the material can be sent for bitumin dipping or galvanising.
The Magnus Group can offer the following tailored grating in the sizes the customer requires:
- Straight, rectangular and circular cut-out panels
- Kickflat and angle sections welded on to grating cut-outs
- Vastrap or Checkered Plate cut-outs welded on to existing tailored grating panels
- Grating with hinges, handles and locks
